Rates
$300 for Initial Interview Session and 60-minute sessions
$275 per 45-minute psychotherapy session
$6000 comprehensive psychoeducational/neurocognitive evaluation, $7000 for Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations, both evaluations include initial interview session, testing sessions, scoring and interpretation, test report, feedback session and advocacy with schools and paraprofessionals.
Insurance
I am not currently contracted with insurance plans. As an out to network provider, my services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. If you have insurance coverage for psychological services, I can provide a receipt documenting the professional services rendered and you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services may be available on a case by case basis.
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
